A few weeks ago, the lovely people at FRAAS sent me one of these fabulous scarves:
It's the Fair Isle infinity scarf and it comes in four color combinations: navy/turquoise, camel/ivory, rose/petal and black/grey. I received the black/grey scarf and it is the softest, coziest, warmest scarf. I am a big fan of infinity scarves; they're just so easy. And this one really is lovely. It's long enough and soft enough so that when it's doubled it doesn't look like an Elizabethan neck ruffle. I love that the Fair Isle pattern is subtle enough that I can pair it with other patterned pieces with no problem. All this and it retails for only around $40.00.
When I received this scarf, I couldn't wait to wear it. Unfortunately, the weather has been uncooperative and way, way to too warm for a wool-blend scarf. But, I can tell you that when the weather finally cooperates, I plan on wearing it with oxblood, cream, mustard, red, black and grey pieces all fall and winter long.
Happy Wednesday, Everyone!

I know it's too warm now but you'll totally appreciate it when the weather cooperates. I think infinity scarves are so cool, can't wait to see it on you. They look like great quality

I got one too! I've been trying to wait until it cools down to wear it (it was 90 degrees today)!

I just bought a new infinity scarf as well. It is in mustard! BER months are here and it really pays to have a trusty scarf around!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to wearing mine as well, but it's definitely been way too warm! I love the fair isle knit on yours especially :)
ReplyDeletei've never heard of this! thanks for sharing this new-to-me company!
ReplyDeletesaw you on HuffPo today! How exciting - you looked fabulous!
ReplyDeleteHa!!! Elizabethan neck ruffle!!! You got that right :-) These look gorgeous and I know you'll style them beautifully. Can't wait.
ReplyDeleteSuper! I like those too. They're impossible to mess up!
ReplyDeleteOh, there just is nothing like a really soft infinity scarf, they are just so cozy! I always have trouble fining ones that won't mat down after a few washed however, I haven't been lucky enough to find a cashmere one. (Or had enough money to shell out for one, heh.)
